Not happy with what you got? We make it right. Here's how it works.
The short version
- You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags & accessories.
- Refund hits the same payment method (or store credit if COD).
- Return shipping is on us if the product is defective or wrong; on you otherwise.
What can't be returned
- Items marked "final sale" on the product page
- Personal-care, intimate, or grooming items once opened (hygiene)
- Digital products / downloads
- Gift cards
- Items damaged by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear after delivery
If something arrives defective or wrong
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- 2-3 clear photos of the problem
- A short description of what's wrong
Send to hello@fun2buy.tt. We'll arrange a free pickup or send a courier, and ship a replacement or refund — your choice.
How to start a regular return (change of mind)
- Email hello@fun2buy.tt within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and instructions.
- Pack the item in its original box, drop it at the courier we indicate (or arrange your own with proof of dispatch).
- Once we receive and inspect it, we issue the refund within 5 business days.
Refund timing
- Bank transfer: 3-5 business days after we approve the return
- Cash on delivery: store credit (instant) or bank transfer (you provide details)
- Card (when enabled): 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order — it's faster.
