The short version
- You pay in cash when your order arrives. We don't take card payments or bank transfers.
- Placing an order costs nothing up front. We confirm every order with you before we dispatch it.
- You can cancel for free at any time before your order is dispatched.

About us and these terms
Fun2Buy Online is an online store based in Trinidad and Tobago. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Fun2Buy Online. These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with us, so please read them before you order.
Orders
When you place an order, it starts as pending. Before we dispatch it, our team contacts you by WhatsApp, phone or email to confirm it.
We may cancel an order if an item is no longer available or if we can't confirm the order with you. You pay on delivery, so in that case you won't have paid anything.
You need to be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. Please give us a correct name, phone number, email address and delivery address: we use them to confirm your order, deliver it and keep you updated.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD). The delivery fee for the option you choose is shown at checkout, before you place your order.
Cash on delivery is our only payment method: you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. We don't accept card payments or bank transfers for purchases.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order for free at any time before it's dispatched. Just contact us with your order number. Once your order has been dispatched, we handle it as a return under our returns policy.
Delivery
We deliver in Trinidad and Tobago, Monday to Saturday. Our shipping page lists the delivery options, prices, cut-off times and areas. The delivery times we give are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns, refunds and warranties
If you change your mind, you can return an item within 7 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you. Our returns policy has the details.
If a product comes with a manufacturer's warranty, its product page says so. Otherwise, our returns policy applies.
Your account
You don't need an account to order. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Reviews
If you have an account, you can review products you've ordered. Your review appears on our website with the name you enter, and your location if you add one. Please keep reviews honest and respectful: we may hide ones that are false, offensive or unlawful. By posting a review, you allow us to show it on our website.
Using this website
Please don't misuse the site: no fraud, no attempts to break into it or overload it, and no automated scraping or copying of our content.
Our AI shopping assistant can make mistakes. Before you order, check the product details and price on the product page.
The Fun2Buy name and logo, and the text and photos on this website, belong to Fun2Buy Online or are used with permission. Please don't reuse them without asking us first.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn't affect any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, and the courts of Trinidad and Tobago have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
