Welcome to Fun2Buy Online("Fun2Buy", "we", "us"). By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are

Fun2Buy is a curated eCommerce store operated in Trinidad & Tobago. For questions, write to hello@fun2buy.tt.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with a parent/guardian. By ordering, you confirm the information you give us (name, address, phone, email) is accurate.

3. Orders & pricing

• All prices are in Trinidad & Tobago Dollars (TTD) unless otherwise noted.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for the wrong price, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If you've already paid (e.g. transfer), we refund in full within 5 business days.
• We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer for now. Card payments are coming soon.

4. Shipping & delivery

See our Shipping policy. ETAs are estimates, not guarantees. We do our best to dispatch quickly, but force majeure (weather, port strikes, etc.) can push timelines.

6. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

7. Acceptable use

• Don't use the site for illegal purposes, fraud, or to abuse our AI assistant.
• Don't scrape, mirror, or copy our content for commercial use.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the service or access data that isn't yours.

8. Intellectual property

Site content (logo, copy, branding, AI-generated product imagery, original photography) is owned by Fun2Buy or used under license. You can't reuse it without written permission.

9. Reviews you submit

By posting a product review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site and in marketing materials. Don't post anything false, defamatory, or that violates someone else's rights.

10. Limitation of liability

Fun2Buy is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by Trinidad & Tobago law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the order in question.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are flagged on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad & Tobago.
