We ship across Trinidad & Tobago only for now. International delivery is on the roadmap.
Delivery methods & ETAs
- Same-Day 🚀 — order before 11 AM, get it the same day. Available in Port of Spain, San Juan, Curepe, St. Augustine, Tunapuna corridor. Limited daily slots.
- Express ⚡ (1 business day) — for greater Port of Spain, Chaguanas, San Fernando, Arima. Dispatched next business morning.
- Standard 📦 (2-3 business days) — anywhere else in Trinidad. Tobago adds 1-2 days for inter-island ferry transit.

Cut-off times
- Same-Day orders: place by 11:00 AM Mon-Sat
- Express orders: place by 5:00 PM for next-day dispatch
- Standard: dispatched the next business morning
Sundays and public holidays don't count toward business days.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you get an email with the courier's name & contact. The courier will WhatsApp/call you ~30 min before arriving.
If nobody's home
Couriers try to reach you by phone first. If we can't hand off, we'll reschedule for the next business day at no extra cost. Two failed attempts = the order returns to us; we'll contact you to arrange a 3rd attempt or refund the goods (delivery fee is not refunded after 2 attempts).
Damaged in transit
Open the package while the courier is still there if you can. If there's visible damage, refuse delivery and tell us right away (hello@fun2buy.tt). If you spot it after, photo it within 48 hours and email us — see our Returns policy.
Address accuracy
Double-check your delivery address at checkout. If the courier needs a re-routing because the address was wrong, an additional fee may apply.
